Terms and Conditions
1. Regular business hours are 8:30am-6:00pm, Monday through Friday. Saturday 9:00am-12:00pm.Services are available by appointment beyond business hours (additional fees apply). Any services rendered on a holiday will be at a higher rate.
2. Minimum service appointment is 1 hour. Services will be billed in 15 minute increments after the first hour of services.
3. We will not leave any item(s) at your home or office if no one is there to accept them unless you make specific arrangements with us beforehand to do so.
4. Have It Maid Concierge Services maintains the right to refuse any business on the Client's behalf that it feels illegal, unethical, immoral, and/or unsafe and unsuitable for its employees and/or that puts the Have It Maid Concierge Services business or its representatives in unreasonable danger.
5. Have It Maid Concierge Services reserves the right to make all final decisions on services and related costs. No refunds will be given.
6. Have It Maid Concierge Services takes no responsibility for any damages suffered as a result of using their services. In no event will Have It Maid Concierge Services be liable for any lost revenue, profit or data, or for direct, indirect, special, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, however caused and regardless of the theory of liability, arising out of the use of or inability to use Have It Maid Concierge Services
7. In these conditions: “Client” the person, firm, company, or organization for whom Have It Maid Concierge Services has agreed to provide the Services in accordance with these conditions; Have It Maid Concierge Services “Contract” the Contract for the provision of Services which shall be governed by these conditions; “Services” means the Services to be provided by Have It Maid Concierge Services to or for the Client; “Charge” means the Charge payable by the Client to Have It Maid Concierge Services as notified by Have It Maid Concierge Services from time to time.
8 Have It Maid Concierge Services is entitled to alter and vary these conditions from time to time on reasonable written notice to the Client without any liability to the Client.
9. Telephone calls between Have It Maid Concierge Services and the Client may be recorded and monitored from time to time for training purposes.
10. The service permits the Client to request from Have It Maid Concierge Services any information or suggestions in relation to any personal needs or desires of the Client (including events, activities, venues, goods and Services). Have It Maid Concierge Services reserves the right to refuse to supply Services if, in the opinion of Have It Maid Concierge Services, the Services are to be used by the Client for any immoral or unlawful purpose. Have It Maid Concierge Services information and suggestions will be based upon the specific criteria provided to Have It Maid Concierge Services by the Client.
11. Have It Maid Concierge Services shall inform the Client from time to time of the type and nature of requests with which Have It Maid Concierge Services are accustomed to or capable of dealing but shall not be liable to the Client in the event that a request made of Have It Maid Concierge Services is not capable of fulfillment by them.
12. Have It Maid Concierge Services shall, within an agreed reasonable period of time, use all its reasonable endeavors to provide information and suggestions in response to the Client's requests. If Have It Maid Concierge Services is unable to deal with any requests, it will inform the Client as soon as reasonably possible.
Client Responsibilities
1. Services provided by Have It Maid Concierge Services are provided expressly for the Clients and the Clients shall not use the Services for any improper, immoral, unlawful or any other purpose other than that for which the Client informs Have It Maid Concierge Services at the time of the initial request.
2. The Client shall immediately inform Best Have It Maid Concierge Services of the identity of any third party with whom the Client enters into a Contract or arrangement for sale of goods or supply of Services which result in the provision of Have It Maid Concierge Services and Have It Maid Concierge Services shall be entitled to decline to provide such Services to such party without providing any reason.
3. If the Client should request that Best Have It Maid Concierge Services use the Client's credit card and /or other credit facilities for the purpose of rendering Services, the Client shall, promptly and upon request, provide written confirmation of its authorization (in such form as Have It Maid Concierge Services shall request) for Have It Maid Concierge Services to use any such credit facility. The Client acknowledges and agrees that Have It Maid Concierge Services shall have no liability or be responsible in any way whatsoever in respect of the use of the Client's credit card and /or other credit card facilities provided that Have It Maid Concierge Services acts in accordance with the instructions issued by the Client in relation thereto.
Liability
Have It Maid Concierge Services shall not be liable for any loss, cost, expense or damage of any nature whatever (whether direct or indirect) resulting from the provision of the Services or the Client’s reliance upon the information and suggestions provided by Have It Maid Concierge Services hereunder and the resulting supply of goods and Services to the Client by any third party.
Have It Maid Concierge Services warrants to the Client that Have It Maid Concierge Services shall use all of its reasonable endeavors to provide the Services using reasonable care and skill and, as far as reasonably possible, in accordance with the Clients requests and instructions from time to time. Where Have It Maid Concierge Services supply the Client with any goods or Services supplied by a third party. Have It Maid Concierge Services does not give any warranty, guarantee, representation or other terms as to the quality, fitness for purpose or otherwise of the goods or Services and the Client shall be required to seek compensation for any loss or damage suffered from such third party direct. For the avoidance of doubt Have It Maid Concierge Services does not and will not provide any representations or recommendations in relation to any of the information and suggestions comprised within the Services and the Client is deemed to be responsible for, and shall use its own skill and judgment as to the quality, value, and suitability of any such information and suggestions and in relation to deciding whether to enter into any Contract with any third party for the supply of Services or sale of goods.
In no event shall Have It Maid Concierge Services or any of its employees, agents, directors or officers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, costs, expenses, or other claims for compensation, or any special, exemplary punitive, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, whether based in contract, tort or otherwise, which arises out of or is in any way connected with any use of our site or the Have It Maid Concierge Services, or anything arising from requests or instructions supplied by the Client which are incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate or arising from their late arrival or non arrival, or any other fault of the Client. Even if Have It Maid Concierge Services has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If, notwithstanding the above Have It Maid Concierge Services, is found liable for any loss or damage relating to the use of this service, the member must agree that the liability will in no event exceed the fee or charge assessed by Have It Maid Concierge Services in connection with the member's membership.
Have It Maid Concierge Services shall not be liable or be deemed to be in breach of the Contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure, any of Have It Maid Concierge Services obligations in relation to the Services, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond Best Concierge Services Inc.’s reasonable control.
Subject to the provisions of this clause, Have It Maid Concierge Services. maximum liability to the Client for breach of any of its obligations hereunder shall be limited to the value of the Charge (provided that the Charge has at such time been paid by the Client in full).
All products, merchandise, and information available through the Have It Maid Concierge Services. service are provided through third parties on an "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Have It Maid Concierge Services makes no warranty or guarantee in regard to: accepting all your Have It Maid Concierge Services shopping requests, providing you with the lowest available price for goods and services available on this site, error-free, accurate, reliable, or high-quality content, or the service, advice or merchandise provided through the service. Members must agree that the use of the service is at your sole risk.
Termination
When the Client has entered into an agreement of duration longer than one calendar month, Have It Maid Concierge Services and the Client shall be entitled to terminate the Contract for the provision of all or any of the Services on 30 days written notice to the other.
Without prejudice to any other accrued rights and remedies available, Have It Maid Concierge Services shall have the right to terminate the Contract for the provision of all or any of the Services forthwith upon written notice if: The Client commits a serious breach of these conditions or, in the case of a breach capable of remedy, fails to remedy such breach within 7 days of written notice from Have It Maid Concierge Services to so remedy; or The Client goes bankrupt or turns insolvent or makes voluntary arrangement with any of its creditors or has an order made against any of its effects or property.
On termination of the Contract pursuant to above, the Client shall not be entitled to refund of the Charge.
Fees
1. Have It Maid Concierge Services standard hourly rate is $25.00. Discounted rates are available when multiple hours are pre-paid (see our packages). Please note that there is a 1 hour minimum for all service appointments.
2. Additional mileage charges will apply to any job exceeding 15 total miles, unless otherwise stated. Excess miles are billed at .50 per mile. All mileage will be based on round trip mileage, including one way tasks.
3. Have It Maid Concierge Services requires payment in full before services are rendered.
4. Client is responsible for all costs related to any and all service requests and payment is due prior to service.
5. The following payment methods are currently accepted: Cash, Checks, or PayPal
6. A fee of $25 will be assessed on any and all returned checks.
Scheduling and Cancellation
1. Scheduling Have It Maid Concierge Services requires at least 24 hours notice for scheduling services. This provides our professionals the best flexibility in meeting your scheduling requirements.
Surcharges
$5 per hour non standard hours and $10 per hour holidays - standard business hours are 8:30am–6:00pm Mon.–Fri. and 9:00am-12:00pm Sat.
$25 rush fee for service requests less than 24 hours notice.
All surcharges are in addition to regular charges.
2. Cancellation
Cancellation of services requires a 24-hour notice via phone or e-mail. If less than a 24-hour cancellation notice is given, there will be a one hour charge and a $25 cancellation fee. Failure to provide any notice will result in the full price of service being charged and a $25 cancellation fee.
The Client is responsible for being available or arranging for access to their residence or place of business. If Have It Maid Concierge Services cannot gain access to the client’s residence or place of business, Client will be contacted and charged for time delayed. If scheduling does not permit all tasks to be completed due to other obligations, Client will be charged the full cost of service, delay time, a $25 cancellation fee and need to reschedule completing tasks with 24 hours notice.
Employment Status
1. Have It Maid Concierge Services is an bonded, insured and licensed business and is a subcontractor of the Client.
2. Client has no responsibility to withhold any taxes from or provide any benefits to Have It Maid Concierge Services
3. Contacting a Have It Maid Concierge Services Associate directly would be in violation of their contract with Have It Maid Concierge Services, which will jeopardize their standing and their good name. The Client would be considered in violation of agreement between Client Have It Maid Concierge Services, therefore, forfeiting any and all future services without a refund.
4. Have It Maid Concierge Services on occasion will provide third party vendor references based on a client's requested services. Vendor partners accept full responsibility for all goods and services they provide our clients.
Confidentiality
1. Any information regarding Clients is held in the strictest confidence. Have It Maid Concierge Services will not at any time sell, share, or exchange our client information to outside sources.
2. Vendors will be provided with only the necessary information required to complete a client's requested task order.
3. Discretion will be strictly adhered to by Have It Maid Concierge Services and all employees.
